WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON- Onboard PSP companies onto processing channels brought in by the business development team — from first contact through to live transactions- Build and maintain integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring a smooth technical and commercial setup- Own a portfolio of merchant accounts across multiple partner channels — track performance, flag risks, and lead resolution- Maintain and update a risk register for active partners, staying ahead of compliance, IPS, and acquirer requirements- Run the merchant account dashboard: volume limits, transactional data, status, and history — always current- Review and renegotiate financial conditions including processing rates, settlements, rolling reserves, and deposits- Handle incoming partner requests across compliance, IPS, and acquirer queries — triage, own, and close- Resolve settlement delays and debt issues with partners directly- Identify opportunities to scale capacity and increase efficiency within existing solutions WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE- 2+ years in account management, partner success, or onboarding at a payment service provider, acquirer, or payment infrastructure company- Solid understanding of payment processing: approval rates, acquiring, financial settlements, risk and compliance frameworks- Hands-on experience working with merchant accounts and PSP relationships — you know how the ecosystem works- Comfortable working with dashboards and data — Excel at an intermediate level minimum; bonus points for experience with BI or operational tools- Ownership mindset: you manage your own workload, spot problems before they escalate, and bring solutions — not just status updates- Strong written and verbal communication — clear, structured, professional; able to work with international partners and internal stakeholders across functions- Resilient in ambiguity: able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment where processes evolve and priorities shift- Fluent Russian and strong English WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT- Experience with payment orchestration, merchant onboarding, or PSP/acquirer integrations- Familiarity with risk registers, compliance processes, or IPS frameworks- Comfort with AI tools or automation for operational workflows- Track record of managing multiple partner accounts simultaneously without dropping the ballWHAT WE OFFER- An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become the best fintech company on the market!- Career prospects - we are young, we have huge ambitions, and it is important that our employees grow with us - Work with coworkers who are passionate about their business- Compensation that will fully correspond to the competence and knowledge, with yearly performance reviews- The opportunity to attend conferences, courses, and professional development at the company's expense - we favor the continuous development of our employees- Remote type of work - Health insurance coverage - Vacation time; bank holidays; Sick leaves; Additional birthday day offYou can find out more about our team, our values, and the unique ways we celebrate our successes here: https://fyst.com/culture Originally posted on Himalayas
