We are looking for an experienced Chat Support Specialist to join our software company full-time.
You will be responsible for assisting customers via live chat and email , answering product questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customers have a great experience with our software.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email- Troubleshoot basic software issues- Escalate technical problems when needed- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction- Document customer feedback and common issues- Work closely with our support and operations teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in chat and email support for a software or SaaS company- Excellent written English- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently- Reliable internet connection and computer- Experience with help desk platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias, Freshdesk, or similar is a plus
