We’re a purpose-driven, fast-growing team dedicated to creating thriving, inclusive workplace cultures — and we’re looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to help us scale our cloud infrastructure globally.ObjectivesThe Senior DevOps Engineer will:<ul><li>Architect, build, and maintain Woliba’s AWS infrastructure to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.  </li><li>Lead automation initiatives for CI/CD, configuration management, and observability.  </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment efficiency, infrastructure performance, and system resilience.  </li><li>Take ownership of DevOps best practices, ensuring consistency across development and production environments.  </li><li>Act as a subject matter expert for AWS and DevOps practices within the team.  </li></ul>DeliverablesWithin the first 6–12 months, success in this role will be measured by:<h3>1. Infrastructure Reliability & Performance</h3><ul><li>Design and maintain a highly available AWS architecture using EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS (Aurora), and ALB.  </li><li>Optimize networking, storage, and DNS configurations for low latency and high uptime.  </li><li>Implement infrastructure monitoring, alerts, and auto-scaling.  </li></ul><h3>2. Automation & CI/CD</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, or Jenkins.  </li><li>Define and manage infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or CloudFormation.  </li><li>Automate application deployments, backups, and environment provisioning.  </li></ul><h3>3. Security & Compliance</h3><ul><li>Apply AWS security best practices, including IAM roles, VPC configurations, and network ACLs.  </li><li>Implement secrets management, encryption, and patching protocols.  </li><li>Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure compliance with data protection and security standards.  </li></ul><h3>4. Observability & Incident Response</h3><ul><li>Deploy and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, or Prometheus).  </li><li>Establish clear runbooks and incident management procedures.  </li><li>Perform root cause analyses and drive continuous reliability improvements.  </li></ul><h3>5.
