About the Role Olive & June is looking for a new Graphic Designer to join the design team. You will be responsible for the execution of elevated brand creative that translates business and marketing objectives into designs that are on-brand, beautiful, and clear to the consumer. This role will be remote. Roles & Responsibilities <ul> <li>Full-time, remote position</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the creative, product, retail, and marketing team members to design compelling assets across all channels including but not limited to: visual merchandising displays, product packaging, print assets, press-on nail designs, event collateral, marketing mailers, and occasionally email, web, and social assets. </li> <li>Ensure on time and accurate delivery of all projects.</li> <li>Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to multitask.</li> <li>Maintain high brand standards and quality assurance across all work, so that it is cohesive, consistent, inspired, original, and on brand.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>Minimum 3+ years of graphic design experience in-house, at an agency, or freelance</li> <li>Maintain a flexible mindset</li> <li>Strong collaboration within creative team as well as cross-functional</li> <li>Must be proficient on Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D rendering / mockup softwares are a bonus!)</li> <li>Strong technical skills (comping and presentation prep)</li> <li>Strong 3D rendering skills that can be applied to visual merchandise and product packaging projects</li> <li>Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, branding skills</li> <li>Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time in a fast paced environment</li> <li>Positive attitude</li> <li>Detail oriented and organized</li> <li>BFA/BA in Graphic/Product Design</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience working in project management software such as Asana, Monday, Workfront or similar</li> <li>Experience working in Figma or similar visualization platform</li> <li>A love for the beauty industry!</li> </ul> To apply: <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/olive-june-director-graphic-design">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/olive-june-director-graphic-design</a>
