<li>Use <strong>AI tools</strong> to create images, videos, and visual concepts</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to develop <strong>conversion-focused visual strategies</strong></li>
<li>Continuously test and optimize creatives based on performance data</li>
<li>Stay up to date with <strong>design trends, AI tools, and new technologies</strong></li>

<li>Experience with <strong>AI tools for image and video creation</strong><br><em>(e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Pika, VEO etc.)</em></li>
<li>Experience in creating AI short-form videos and avatars is a big advantage</li>
<li>Understanding of <strong>digital marketing and visual communication</strong></li>
<li>Basic knowledge of <strong>HTML & CSS</strong> <em>(big plus)</em></li>
<li>Strong creative thinking and attention to detail</li>
