At InsuraTec, we’re hiring Remote Sales Managers to help us meet nationwide demand for life insurance and financial protection. Whether you’re already managing people or just stepping into leadership, we provide everything you need: a 100% scripted sales process, inbound leads, and a 33% close ratio from set appointments.
You’ll be leading from the front—closing deals, building a team, and earning the rewards of your production.
What You’ll Do
- Run virtual sales appointments using a step-by-step script
- Manage your personal book of inbound leads
- Recruit, train, and mentor new sales reps (optional but encouraged)
- Help team members follow our proven system to drive their own success
- Track progress, coach performance, and participate in leadership calls
What You Need to Succeed
- Leadership or team-building mindset
- Background in sales, team management, or customer service a plus
- No license? No problem — we’ll help you get licensed
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using CRM and virtual tools to manage workflow
