<strong>Description</strong><br><p>Community Sports Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We are dedicated to providing fun, engaging experiences that create lasting memories for the youth and families in our communities!</p><p>We are seeking a talented <strong>Web Developer</strong> with strong front-end and back-end development skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in <strong>PHP, SQL, AJAX, HTML, and CSS</strong>, and have hands-on experience with UI/UX design, including A/B testing. Additionally, you should have experience integrating and working with APIs such as Stripe, Square POS, Twilio, and Brevo. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience, and implementing effective web solutions.</p><br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><p>- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP (Laravel), SQL, AJAX, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.</p><p>- Collaborate with the design team to create and implement UI/UX improvements.</p><p>- Conduct A/B testing to optimize user interfaces and improve user experience.</p><p>- Integrate and maintain third-party APIs, including Stripe, Square POS, Twilio, and Brevo.</p><p>- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure the stability and performance of web applications.</p><p>- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and UI/UX design.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><p>- Experience and fluidity learning and working on legacy systems.</p><p>- Good level of spoken and written English.</p><p>- Proven experience as a full-stack PHP Web Developer.</p><p>- Strong, up-to-date knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.</p><p>- Proficient in back-end development using PHP and SQL.</p><p>- Experience with UI/UX design and A/B testing.</p><p>- Experience implementing and interacting with the Twilio, SendGrid, RingCentral and Stripe APIs.</p><p>- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.</p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><p>- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.</p><p>- Experience with Linux server management.</p><p>- Experience building or working with CI/CD pipelines.</p><p>- Experience with Laravel or other MVC frameworks.</p><p>- Experience with Vue or other JavaScript frameworks.</p><p>- Experience with TailwindCSS, SASS and/or PostCSS.</p><p>- Awareness of the concepts of RestAPIs, OOP and mobile-first design.</p><br><br><strong>Benefits</strong><br><p>Compensation: Competitive based on experience</p>
