Help businesses create user-centered, efficient, and impactful services.   The opportunity   We are looking for a passionate Service Designer or Product Designer with a strong focus on Customer Experience (CX) who can seize opportunities for enhancing user experience and business efficacy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and implement services that drive customer satisfaction and business success.   Your key responsibilities   <ul> <li>Conduct user research to uncover needs and pain points.</li> <li>Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.</li> <li>Create service blueprints, journey maps, and personas.</li> <li>Co-create concepts and solutions with stakeholders.</li> <li>Prototype and test designs for feasibility and impact.</li> <li>Facilitate workshops and collaborative design sessions.</li> <li>Monitor service performance and gather feedback.</li> <li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices.</li> <li>Define success metrics and track progress.</li> </ul>   To qualify for the role, you must have   <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of proven experience in Service Design, Customer Experience design, or Product Design</li> <li>Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Miro, Mural, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to prototype and prepare visuals.</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing your successful service design implementation.</li> </ul>   Ideally, you’ll also have   <ul> <li>Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German or French).</li> <li>Knowledge of User Research, Usability Testing, and Analytics.</li> <li>Knowledge of product management and customer experience</li> <li>Experience in working with prototyping tools and graphical software.</li> </ul>   What we look for   <ul> <li>Proficiency in Design Thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies.</li> <li>Open-minded, proactive, and eager to tackle challenges while continuously learning.</li> <li>Ability to apply agile methods and collaborate effectively to deliver service solutions.</li> <li>Passion for design and commitment to iterating and improving services.</li> <li>Interest in working in a global, intercultural environment.</li> <li>Willingness to step outside your comfort zone, travel, and build strong cross-cultural relationships.</li> <li>Motivation to achieve and go the extra mile.</li> </ul>   What we offer   EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
