<div><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Company Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg"><p><strong>SYSTABUILD </strong>is building a shared cloud and platform foundation for a group of software companies in the construction, CAD and ERP domain.</p><p>To support this platform, we are looking for a <strong>Junior DevOps CI/CD Engineer</strong> who is passionate about developer tooling, automation, and modern software delivery.</p><p>In this role, you will work at the heart of our development infrastructure, helping teams build, test, and ship software reliably and efficiently.</p></div><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Job Description</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg"><ul><li>Support and further develop CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and repositories.</li><li>Operate and improve our development tooling landscape, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube.</li><li>Help standardize pipelines, templates, and workflows to improve developer experience and quality.</li><li>Assist in integrating quality gates, security checks, and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot pipeline issues and improve build reliability.</li><li>Support the migration and integration of repositories, pipelines, and tooling across the SYSTABUILD group.</li><li>Document tooling, processes, and best practices to enable self-service for development teams.</li><li>Learn and grow towards more advanced DevOps and platform engineering responsibilities.</li></ul></div><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg"><ul><li>First hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, for example using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, or similar tools.</li><li>Good experience with scripting or automation (for example Bash, PowerShell, or Python).</li><li>Basic understanding of modern software development workflows (Git, pull requests, branching strategies).</li><li>Initial experience with build and test automation for at least one programming ecosystem (for example .NET, Delphi or C++).</li><li>Familiarity with code quality tools such as SonarQube or similar static analysis solutions.</li><li>Basic understanding of infrastructure and cloud concepts.</li><li>Willingness to learn Infrastructure as Code, security practices, and cloud-native tooling.</li><li>Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Nice To Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) organizations, pipelines, or boards.</li><li>First exposure to GitHub Enterprise administration or repository management.</li><li>Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.</li><li>Interest in cloud platforms, especially AWS.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Traits We Value</strong></p><ul><li>Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.</li><li>A structured and reliable working style.</li><li>A strong sense of responsibility for shared systems.</li><li>Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.</li><li>Motivation to grow into a more senior DevOps or platform engineering role.</li></ul></div><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg"><ul><li>A competitive salary package</li><li>Individual training and development opportunities</li><li>Flexibility in balancing office hours and remote work</li><li>Wellpass, JobRad, and much more..</li></ul></div></div>
